The Global Special Research the following weekend requires a separate Global ticket.

Collect stamps at PokéStops at city landmarks to encounter event-themed Pokémon. It's available from 09:00 to 20:00 local time on your main ticket day, and Extra Day add-ons don't give it again.

With an Extra Day add-on, you get both Timed Research sets again on each added day. Finish them and claim the rewards before 20:00 local time that day.

Field Research

Event-themed Field Research shows up more often during the event, and completing tasks leads to encounters with event-themed Pokémon. Tasks and rewards are not yet announced.
